Bug Description

Version: Ubuntu 16.04
Machine: Dell XPS 15 9550 (3840x2160)
Scale for Menu and Titlebars: 1

Steps to reproduce:

$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-size
24

$ gsettings get com.canonical.Unity.Interface cursor-scale-factor
1.0

Use Unity Tweak Tool, mark the checkbox "Use Large Cursor"

$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-size
48

$ gsettings get com.canonical.Unity.Interface cursor-scale-factor
1.0

Logout. Cursor is large on login screen, but once the session loads, cursor appears small again.

$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-size
24

$ gsettings get com.canonical.Unity.Interface cursor-scale-factor
1.0

=========================================

I tracked cursor-scale-factor thanks to a tip from an Ask Ubuntu thread:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/770915/ubuntu-doesnt-retain-mouse-cursor-size-between-reboots

I don't know which option is the "master" one, but I notice that if I set cursor-size via gsettings, I'll get the same behavior, however, if I set cursor-scale-factor to 2.0 via gsettings or dconf, then my cursor size gets properly retained after login.

So maybe unity-tweak-tool should change which option that checkbox should track/affect?
