Render: path disappears when viewed at 56% zoom

Bug Description

I'm attaching an example file with two shapes enclosed
in rectangles.

How to reproduce bug:
- select lower rectangle (the one covering page outline)
- click on 'Zoom to selected' button
- image is zoomed in, everything's fine
- scroll up to see upper shape
- upper rectangle is empty

Inkscape .41 on Debian Linux.

Confirmed here, latest svn.

rwst - for me the zoom to selected thing doesn't work.
instead i just manually set the zoom to 56%, and it's gone.

very odd.
