Evergreen integration with obalkyknih.cz (Czech added content provider) has not been included to 2.12 beta release notes

1) Evergreen integration with added content from Czech added content provider obalkyknih.cz (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1624366) has not been included to 2.12 beta release notes.

2) There is inaccurately listed Czech National Library among the code and patches contributors. I believe there should be listed Linda Jansová (see http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=working/Evergreen.git;a=commit;h=7920fb1431820cd6ee07d403ba9f4be7b504d508).

Thanks Eva! Yes, I realized yesterday afternoon that I had told Jason I would handle the release note entry for this feature, but then I neglected to put a needsreleasenote tag on the bug to remind myself to do so. I can make sure it gets in the next time the release notes are updated.

For future contributions for new features, we ask that code contributors write up and include the release note entry along with their code contribution. They don't need to be done with bug fixes, but it helps us compile a full set of release notes for the major release.

Could you tell me which organization should be listed for Jakub's code contribution?

Linda's patch has not yet been added to the core Evergreen code. I created a git branch for it to make it easier for the developers to review, but it still needs to be tested before it is added to the code base. At the time, we'll be sure to make sure she's credited in the release notes.

Sorry for misunderstanding about Linda - I thought the National Library got to the list because of Linda´s affiliation.
Jakub's code contribution has been made for The Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes, Prague (that has been awarded the grant for the obalkyknih.cz project.) and should be used in the list instead of National Library of the Czech Republic.

In the end, we added Linda because she had contributed documentation for obalkyknih.cz to this release. Which organization should be listed for her documentation contribution? Also, just to make sure we have everything just right, I included Knihovna Jabok for your contributions to the translations. Is this correct?

- No organization should be listed for Linda.
- I think it would be better to use the English name for Knihovna Jabok, i.e., "Jabok Library"
