imagemagick-doc now recommends libjs-bootstrap from the twitter-bootstrap3 source package which is in universe.

For now, I'm dropping imagemagick-6-doc from main. If this MIR is later ACKed, please remove the Exclude from the seeds.

no, #1820226 is about the suspended mailman3 promotion, not about libevdev pulling in this package.

I've added libevdev-doc to Extra-Exclude. Foundations doesn't need to sign up to maintain javascript frameworks in main that are only used by docs.
