Bug Description

I've got a problem with my rack/region controllers. That's a separate issue: https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1627016

But on this page, which shows the status, it would be nice if there were clickable links which would show me the appropriate logs...

To support a feature like this, it would require MAAS to store all logs from all regions/racks in the database.
