[Impact] Google calendar integration is broken, and users are requested to re-enter their Google password everytime they log in, or everytime they enable/disable their Google account from the System Settings.

[Test Case] Disable/re-enable your Google account. When affected by this bug, a notification will appear and you'll be asked to enter your Google password in the Online Accounts panel in System Settings.

I have been seeing this bug since the past few days on 16.04.2.

It seems to have coincided with another issue where google chrome opens extremely slowly, freezing the screen for a few seconds, before finally operating normally.

I'm on 20.04 and a variant of this problem occurs to me. Randomly and without warning, about twice a week, I'm prompted to re-authorized my Google account from Evolution. I'll just be sitting at my my computer, not even using Evolution, and suddenly the authorization window will pop up. It doesn't even remember my Google password so I have to re-enter it manually.
