'snap version' should include a list of capabilities that can be 'assume'd

Bug Description
It is not easy to know what capabilities a particular version of snapd offers.
Please add this to the output of 'snap version' in a form similar to this:
$ snap version
snap 2.24
snapd 2.24
series 16
ubuntu 16.04
assume foo bar baz bingo
We might want to reframe the output of snap version to be more structured as part of this process, or not.
