web client: caching and the view title holds screen

Bug Description

After placing a hold on a title in the web client, if I click to view the holds on the title, I do not immediately see the hold I just placed. Refreshing the screen or retrieving the record through a new search is not successful in getting the hold to display in the 'View Holds' screen. I ultimately need to go to the patron record to view details about the hold.

Ideally, this screen will update as soon as the hold is placed. However, if that is not possible, it should update the screen as soon as the user performs a browser refresh.

Actually, I think there was something else going on here to cause this problem. I'll test further and report back.

I'm not able to recreate this issue in 3.7 beta with the new angular staff catalog. When I place a hold and return to the view holds screen, the new hold appears immediately.
