web client: checkbox overlaps with remove fields label in the Z39.50 interface

Bug Description

I configured a MARC Import Remove Fields group with the 'always apply' flag set to false. After retrieving a record via Z39.50, the option to remove these MARC fields appears, but the checkbox to select it overlaps with the label. See attached screenshot.

Part of this would be solved by simply moving the label to the right of the checkbox. This would also improve consistency with the rest of the screen, in which labels are also to the right of the checkbox.

Unfortunately, when I switch the order, I run into alignment issues, such as those described here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15975968/twitter-bootstrap-inline-checkbox-alignment-issue
