Bug Description

After I minimize/maximize any application the handling of local window-coordinate sometimes will be fall. The actual position of the mouse pointer in the window is down in the base the the position of the cursor on the screen (Help me solve it please, I'm new to ubuntu. thanks a lot for Understand)

Distro: Ubuntu 16.04
