installer crashes while installing customized 16.04

Bug Description

I have customized ubuntu and while installing it I can see the installer crashes in midway. Can you please help me to fix the issue.

ALso can you please let me know the steps to create customized .iso. I used respin to create an .iso image.

We can't support custom images here.
