Post deleting a selected registered node, list of registered nodes not showing in UI until refresh of entire webpage

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the UI
2. Navigate to the Nodes screen
3. Select a node you wish to delete, from the list of registered nodes
4. Click 'Delete Nodes'. This launches 'Delete Nodes' dialog
5. Finally click 'Delete Nodes' button to delete node

Expected results:
-----------------
List of registered nodes should show up in UI without refresh of entire webpage

Actual results:
---------------
There are no Nodes available (list of registered nodes doesn't show up in UI until refresh of entire webpage)

Additional info:
------------------
1. Total registered nodes are 4 in number
2. I needed to refresh the entire webpage for list of registered nodes to show up in UI
3. Refresh of entire could be triggered, when 'Delete Nodes' button is pressed ?
4. This behavior happens with other locales or languages as well (say ja, zh-CN)
