Dot disappears at certain zoom levels

Bug Description

After creating a connect the dots picture from a path I
noticed that one of the dots dissappeared at certain
zoom levels.
(The dots are made with stroke-linecap:round and Mx,yLx,y.)
If I had to guess it has something to do with having
two dot path segments on top of each other. See the
attached PNGs and SVG

looks like this is related to the dashed line bug:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=93438&atid=604306&func=detail&aid=1077213

it's lower than livarot, somewhere in libnr I think. But
since the renderer will change to cairo sooner or later it's
not the most inspiring job to fix it.

Sounds fine to me. I just like to make a report when I see
