rhythmbox fails to launch on *.m3u (shoutcast) links

Bug Description

On hoary, Rhythmbox plays just fine when I click on the 128K MP3 link on
http://www.radioparadise.com/, but only if it is already running. I've
configured Firefox to using rhythmbox on such links (shoutcast). When I click on
the link, Firefox appears to try to load rhythmbox, but nothing comes up. I have
to 'killall rhythmbox', launch it manually, and then click on the link.
