Bug Description
SM:R3.2:
1) Install R3.2 SM Ubuntu on a SM machine
2) Reimage a target with centos ; Reimage succesful
3) Issue provision using contrail-package R3.2 (rpm); Provision gets succesful
4) Once the sanity starts,it installs the ubuntu docker (instead of the corresponding centos docker) and corresponding sanity fails with /usr/lib/
/usr/lib/
ideally it should be /usr/lib/

contrail test docker installed is always ubuntu, irrespective of the base OS of the target nodes of the cluster; This is expected behavior
