Bug Description

When I connect my Dell XPS 9350 to an 1080p external Dell display, the mouse keeps flickering on my Dell XPS 9350.

The mouse flickering is much more pronounced when i scroll pages in Chrome or some other application.

I had followed these instructions to set up different DPI on both the screens:

Can i get an update on this bug? Atleast if the bug can be acknowledged or some more debugging information is needed?

Please consider this issue as closed. This looks to be an issue with the HDMI cable i was using. When using a new cable, I am no longer able to reproduce this issue.
