double tap and long-press not working in browser and html apps after OTA-15

double tap:
before OTA-15 in browser (and html apps) double tap was used to auto zoom in/out to/from element.
after OTA-15 it does nothing

long-press:
in some html apps (eg. Magnets (Simon Tatham) https://uappexplorer.com/app/magnets.anupam), long-press is required to proper function of app (in magnets it marks a field, where no magnet can be). After OTA-15, long-press is not working (Magnets became unplayable).
