Some (?!) mojo spec runs are failing, although the actual deploy/test is passing.

Issue existed in the WIP branch, and is also resolved in the same. A virtualenv was already sourced and active when port-cleanup's was attempted to be created. The fix was to deactivate the previous python virtualenv when/if it existed.
