Bug Description

$ i не\ знаю.svg
--export-png=сам\
думай.png

** (process:2859): WARNING **: Running commandline

One or more extensions failed to load. The failed
extensions have been skipped. Inkscape will continue to
run normally but those extensions will be unavailable.
 For details to troubleshoot this problem, please refer
to the error log.
Background RRGGBBAA: ffffff00
Area 0:0:744.094:1052.36 exported to 744 x 1052 pixels
(90 dpi)
[Invalid UTF-8] Bitmap saved as: \xd3\xc1\xcd
\xc4\xd5\xcd\xc1\xca.png

** (inkscape:2859): CRITICAL **: int
sp_png_write_rgba_striped(const gchar*, int, int, int
(*)(const guchar**, int, int, void*), void*): assertion
`fp != NULL' failed

Also, if used with non-ascii filename:

-e gives the same error. -f and --file work fine.
--export-plain-svg does not complain but no file is
created. Exporting from GUI works fine with any names.
