Bug Description

Contrail-bass v2 test cases failed on RH-osp8 setup. build- 3.0.2
Neutron file has v2 configuration entry but for contrail Lbaas Pre requisition to create a group.

groupadd -f nogroup . This is missing during provision

Group - nogroup is not available in a RH/Centos platform. is the group selected intentionally ? If not can we use haproxy group?
