Option "--state" and "--status" are the same thing with different names

Bug Description
For example:
volume list command has a option: "--status <status>: Filter results by status"
volume set command has a option: "--state <state>: New volume state ..."
I think this two option mean the same thing but their names are different,
it will confuse users.
