lxd provider incompatible with snaps

lxd requires containers to be created with particular options enabled for snaps to be installable inside them.

Juju does not create lxd containers with these options. All charms installing snaps fail using the lxd provider.

Could you please attach the output of "systemctl status snap-core-888.mount" and "journalctl -xe" for details?

Also what version of Juju were you using?
