Set icons to no animation but icons are still animated

Dear all,

Thank you for your great tool!

I used it to set the launcher to hidden and disabled any icon animations.

However, the icons are still animated (example: Redshift).

Please take a look at the attached screenshots.

What can we do about it?

Examples of apps that still show the animation:

1. Software Updater
2. Redshift (see GIF animation)

I haven't yet noticed or tried any other application.

I noticed the same behaviour also with Chromium, e.g. when the Google Hangouts extension produces a new pop-up window.
