Bug Description
The parser fails to include 'after' parts of a wiki entry from the origin.
eg. modemmanager
origin: https:/
modemmanager:
after: [ libmbim, libqmi ]
yields:
Parts 'libqmi,libmbim' are not defined in the parts entry
