Sometimes it gets unresponsive on screen unlock

press power button, login screen shows up / keyboard to type unlock code comes up / unlock code dialled with 4 digits / sometimes it gets stuck on 2/3 digits and unresponsive afterwards. It has to wait for a couple of minutes and then type again, or full restart is needed. In one instance, the battery had to be removed due to no response from input (power button and touch screen with no effect). No apps were running in the background on any of those occasions. Worked normally after restart.

I can confirm that it also happens on android stock rom, only when i connected usb charger.
