Bug Description

There are several situations within the code that:

- Driver raises ProcessExecutionError
- Driver serializes the exception and passes to LOG.exception
- Driver does not handle several commands possible failure

Fix HNAS driver inconsistent exceptions

Fix following scenarios:

    - Driver raises ProcessExecutionError
    - Driver serializes the exception and passes to LOG.exception
    - Driver does not handle several commands possible failure
    - Driver does not log some error situations

Also, slightly improvements with regards to affected tests:

- Improved coverage
- Improved resource names passed to exception messages
