Bug Description

Due to KABI compliance, vrouter.ko built on a given kernel version will continue to work on any minor kernel versions.

For instance: for a vrouter.ko built on 3.10.0-327.10.1 will work on all minor versions 3.10.0-x.x.x

Fix Needed:
Current post script of contrail-vrouter uses vrouter.ko built on say 3.10.0-327 for minor versions 3.10.0-327.x.x
However as per recent discussions with RH,
vrouter.ko built on 3.10.0-327.x.x will continue to work on all minor versions 3.10.0-x.x.x
