Daily ppa builds are stopped

With the changes to parallelism, revision results is no longer used. This was used by the daily ppa build job to run a new ppa build. A suitable replacement job needs to be found in order to execute a new build for each CI run.

I don't think revision-results is really to blame here. The daily builds were only getting built when the the results were blessed, and the results weren't blessed often enough. I don't think it makes sense to execute a new PPA build for each CI run. Today, for example, we've had 13 CI runs.

So really, does the PPA need to have anything to do with CI at all? Maybe it should just build tip daily.

Until the 'edge' channel replaces this job, I suppose manual runs may be sufficient.

Running on a daily basis is difficult because we need a revid to go off of as it stands.
