Bug Description
After a complete installation of the Orchestration Service in Controller Node (Centos 7), at the moment to obtain the "openstack orchestration service list" I get : "ERROR: None".
I left my command log output.

Hi i faced exactly same issue. and you should see error in heat-api.log as below: are.auth_ token [-] Identity response: {"error": {"message": "The request you have made requires authentication.", "code": 401, "title": "Unauthorized"}}

the issue is credential you configured in heat.conf for keystone_token.
are you sure your passowrd for user heat is as the one your configured?
