renpy crash with video file

Bug Description
was playing a game and every time at the same part it crashes from the trace back file it is due to some sort of video file
sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
While running game code:
File "game/script.rpy", line 212, in script
File "game/script.rpy", line 212, in <module>
Exception: Could not set video mode.
is this an issue with the game or renpy
never heard of videos being used before
