Bug Description
The password feedback should be, at least, optional and easy to remove. The project is discussing whether it is a usability issue but I assume that users using the terminal should already be aware of this. A message could be added if desired but improving usability is not a point, imho, when giving information to anyone next to you about the strength of your password.
I was tempterd of marking this as a security issue because, acknowledging that my view is arguable, I really feel that it really is.
