Doesn't start when roundcube-auth jail enabled

Bug Description

Misconfiguration in /etc/fail2ban/jail.conf means that the jail for 'roundcube' will not run.

The error is the repeated 'logpath =' as per below:

[roundcube-auth]

port = http,https
logpath = logpath = %(roundcube_errors_log)s
----------

If the line becomes:

----------
logpath = %(roundcube_errors_log)s
----------

Fail2ban starts correctly.
