export: "selection" not toggled with text

I noticed that the toggle button for selection does
what you expect it to do, but isn't toggled. instead
the custom button is toggled. that's the wrong feed
back. the selection button should disable the area
stuff and be toggled.

just noticed, that this bug only applies when there's text
within the selection.

Sorry for not being clear. Open a file, select a text
element, go to export, try to toggle "selection" in the
export dialog.
Doesn't work (well with my build that is), but instead
"custom" is toggled.

Looks like the bounding boxes in sp_export_detect_size are
not correctly actualized unless the are printed to stdout
for some reason. As a result, all selections are detected
as "custom", and force the custom button to always be activated.

Okay. Looks like compiler optimization bug. Worked around
with a function call to reload doubles. This is fixed in
CVS now.
