“Your package” and “License” fields look disabled

1. Go to <https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/>.
2. Advance to the “Submit your application to the Ubuntu store” page.

What you see:
* The “Series” controls are obviously enabled, and the “Submit to the store” button is obviously disabled.
* The “Your package” control is even dimmer than the button, and therefore also seems disabled, but it is not.
* The “License” menu is just as grey as the “Your package” field, and is also flat, therefore also seeming disabled, but it is not.

What you should see:
* There should be an obvious visual distinction between enabled and disabled controls.
