Slice shortcuts apply to all tracks, not just on the selected one

1) Ubuntu 16.04.1
2) PPA
3) OpenShot 2.2.0

Select a track:
Right-click -> Slice -> Both Sides => just that track is split

Select a track:
ctrl-k => all tracks under the red line are split

Expected behaviour is the first one.
