Currently, there is no comprehensive documentation to assist new contributors to tripleo-
This RFE is a place to collect suggestions for documentation to be written to assist new contributors.
Proposed change:

The RDO-CI squad will write and maintain documentation covering the following topics:
- On-boarding with RDO-CI and tripleo-quickstart
- Deploying TripleO with quickstart and debugging failed deployments
- Coding standards and best practices
- Guidance on how to create reviews and how to review changes from other contributors
Suggestions for other topics for the contributor documentation are welcome. Please add suggestions/
Desired outcome:

A new contributor should be able to, after reading the documentation, deploy Openstack using tripleo-quickstart, know how to debug failures (how/where to request debugging help if needed), submit reviews for bug fixes or new features and review changes from other contributors.
