Selecting "What's new?" it's pointing to "Discover > Version 1.1" web page:
http://openrails.org/discover/version-1-1/?utm_campaign=changelog&utm_source=openrails.menu&utm_medium=app

Should open the web page:
http://openrails.org/discover/version-1-2/
