Bug Description
I have three screens, one is rotated 90 degrees. I can't rotate it using the settings. It just stays normal. 180 degrees works in general but then the monitor does overlap so that is broken too.
Also when reducing the resolution in the drop down the gear is not shown any more.
Rotating works properly in the nvidia settings but is of course not persistent so it doesn't seem to be a driver bug.
