Bug Description

Fuel9.2 #779

 - controller
 - murano_node
 - compute + cinder
 - kibana + grafana (grafana_influxdb plugin 0.10.3)

Steps to reproduce:

 1. Deploy Fuel 9.0
 2. Deploy an env with murano and stacklight
 3. Update to Fuel9.1 and the env
 4. Run OSTF
 5. Check that Kibana/Grafana services are avaialbe via links from the fuel-dashboard
    and they're working properly

Detailed description:

Kibana and Grafana links on the fuel-dashboard have IP addresses from management network
and they aren't available after successful env update.

Kibana and Grafana are running fine but can't be reached from the outside. You need to setup SSH proxy SOCKS (or another mechanism) to forward the HTTP traffic to them.

@Nastya sorry but marking this as invalid. It has nothing to do with StackLight and is purely related to the fuel-devops environment. FWIW we have extensive documentation on using network templates [1] if the deployer wants to have the dashboards deployed on another network than the management net.
