[Update] Update cluster with murano from 9.1 to 9.2 failed on Task[swift-proxy_storage/1]

Steps to reproduce:
   - Enable Murano and deploy 9.1 env with following nodes:
         * Controller
         * Controller
         * Controller
         * Compute
   - Install mos-playbooks tool on master node
   - Execute preparation playbooks (ansible-playbook playbooks/mos9_prepare_fuel.yml && ansible-playbook playbooks/mos9_prepare_env.yml -e '{"env_id":1, "snapshot_repo":"snapshots/<MOS_UBUNTU_MIRROR_ID>", "snapshot_suite":"mos9.0-proposed"}')
   - Update fuel node (ansible-playbook playbooks/update_fuel.yml -e '{"rebuild_bootstrap":false, "snapshot_repo":"snapshots/<MOS_UBUNTU_MIRROR_ID>", "snapshot_suite":"mos9.0-proposed"}')
   - Update env (fuel2 update install --env 1 --repos mos9.2-updates)

Observed behavior:
Deployment has failed. All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[swift-proxy_storage/1] Stopping the deployment process!
