Right now the packages are there. It is strange that the missing packages were added there only 12 hours prior to the job - around '18-Jan-2017 13:06', according to http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/pkgs/centos-7-mos9.2/updates/x86_64/Packages/ . Though it means that they should have been available at the time of the job.

because http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/pkgs/centos-7-mos9.2 is link to the latest snapshot of centos. and this snapshot is updating every day. we can try to change the timer for this job. but unavaliable of not released upstream mirror is normal situation.
