Bug Description

Version: 9.x

Failed job:
https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.main.ubuntu.bvt_2/784

From the console log it can be seen that at 08:34:55 cluster deployment started and at 09:10:35 Jenkins failed to reach Nailgun to check status:
ConnectFailure: Unable to establish connection to http://10.109.36.2:8000/api/tasks/5

Obviously there is no snapshot since Nailgun was unavailable. It is not clear if Nailgun failed, or maybe the whole master node or network went down. Later in jenkins logs it can be seen that it tried to connect somewhere via ssh and failed with the same 'Connection timed out'
, but it is not clear to which node it tried to connect.

there are no errors in logs available in this failed job. it is likely that there was infra related issue.

without any fix bvt became green https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.main.ubuntu.bvt_2/785/. looks like there was temporary issue. closing the bug.

Add wait before sending version request

We check fuel version via api
but when we send request fuel is
not ready. Need to add wait for fuel
