Bug Description

Impact
======
Ubuntu 16.04 has epiphany 3.18.5. We should update to 3.18.10 which fixes quite a few bugs.

https://git.gnome.org/browse/epiphany/tree/NEWS?h=gnome-3-18
https://git.gnome.org/browse/epiphany/log/?h=gnome-3-18

Test Case
=========
Install the update. Ensure that the app still works. Navigate to different sites.

Regression Potential
====================
This is a new GNOME bugfix release in the stable 3.18 series. When there are regressions, they will be fixed. (For instance the Alt+Left and Alt+Right keyboard shortcuts stopped working in 3.18.9 but this was fixed in 3.18.10.)

No Ubuntu flavor includes epiphany by default.

Other Info
==========
Please accept the epiphany 3.22 SRU for Ubuntu 16.10 at the same time as some of the bugs fixed in this 3.18 release are fixed in that 3.22 release too. LP: #1657258

Hello Jeremy, or anyone else affected,

Accepted epiphany-browser into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/epiphany-browser/3.18.10-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed. In either case, details of your testing will help us make a better decision.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance!

I installed the updated epiphany-browser in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I browsed to several different websites. I made sure that the Alt + Left/Right arrow shortcuts still work.
