onboard doesn't show any information in mate-session-properties

Dear Maintainer,
Onboard doesn't show/share any description when opened up in
mate-session-properties. Sharing a picture for the same. Look forward
to seeing this fixed. This is on Debian stretch

The debian-mate shared these bits of pearl -

The problem is that onboard-autostart.desktop (in /etc/xdg/autostart) does not have a (i18ned) Comment= key. The lack of it needs to be reported to onboard upstream.

Neither does /usr/share/applications/onboard.desktop have a Comment= field. This should also be added.

Please do the following things:

  o report the bug upstream
  o link this Debian bug to the upstream bug once it has been reported

Then we wait for the next upstream release and cherry-pick the .desktop files and try to upload for Debian 9.

Thanks for reporting. I believe this is fixed in trunk now. I can see icon and description in mate-session-properties.
Translations of the Comment key will start to trickle in once Francesco updated the translation template for the 1.4.0 release (soon-ish).
