Admin Guide: Manage projects and users via Horizon is missing

When searching for the topic how to manage projects and users as administrator, I only found the CLI approach for doing so (see http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide/cli-manage-projects-users-and-roles.html). But the topic is missing in the Dashboard chapter (where it had been covered before the Admin user Guide and Admin Guide have been merged). The Dashboard chapter now only tells how to manage roles: http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide/dashboard-admin-manage-roles.html.

I quickly checked the End User Guide but there, I could not find this topic either.
If it has not been removed for a specific reason, please re-add it to the Admin Guide.
