Bug Description

XML support has been deprecated for Icehouse[1] and Juno[2].

Still do we need to have XML support in Trove?

There has already been some work done in this area https://review.openstack.org/#/c/68333/

However this bug report is still valid based on the base_wsgi file here https://github.com/openstack/trove/blob/master/trove/common/base_wsgi.py#L295

You can see it is clearly using xml/application as a default request content type for an APIs.
