Scrolling with mousewheel is slow in some places

Bug Description
In some places the mouse wheel acts very slow. I noticed this in:
- Options Language selection
- Editor 'New map' when try to scroll the terrain list
- Game/Editor help -> in the left list, but not in the right list. E.g. Ooen Editor -> Click Help -> Tab terrains/trees. Compare scrolling with mouse wheel for left and right lists
I guess these are the places where the new font renderer is used?
