Bug Description

Remove all tests related to partition preservation.

AFAIK there is a bug in MCollective that can destroy your partitions w/o possibility to restore.

    preservation feature works on magic and shouldn't save partition
    in current implementation (it relates on an another bug).

[prod-ci] Disable partition preservarion tests

There is a bug in MCollective than could wipe
partitions without any chance to restore it.
