Desired improvement of F1-Dialogs

Bug Description

In the F1-Key-Settings-Dialog the headlines and sub-items are sorted in alphabetical order (default). It would be nice if it would be the same in the F1-Window.

Assuming, that a user has set a meaningful order in the FOV-Plugin-Settings-Dialog, this order should be reflected in the F1-Windows too. Currently the order is odd, both with respect to the order of FOV and the order of keys (0...9 not 9...0). In the FOV-Plugin-Settings-Dialog set the default order accordingly (0…9).

Pushing the “Default Restore Button” in the F1-Key-Settings-Dialog restores all key-settings to default. This may occur unintentionally and it would therefore be desirable to have a confirmation dialog. It may also be desirable to save to a user specific “shortcuts.json file” (remains the shortcuts.json file untouched during any update to Stellarium ?).
