Bug Description
Snapcraft does not support arch usage in stage packages.

If one tries to specify:
stage-packages:
- valid_package:i386
An error happens:
Error downloading stage packages for part 'foo': no such package 'valid_

This is being worked on right now, and also the ability to have different packages when building in different architectures.
